Alma

Alma is an action thriller with superpowers, unfolding across two time levels – in World War II Finland, 16-year-old Alma gets telekinetic powers and sets out to save her soldier father from the Nazi army retreating across Lapland.

In present day, the 96-year-old Alma, alone and bitter but still with her powers, meets her granddaughter for the first time, and they have to set out on the road to escape Alma’s past sins. As the story opens through the past and the present, we discover the cost of gaining power.
